Pay As You Go Gym: Now added. £2.50 for people aged 16 to 18. £5.00 to people aged 19 and older. Joining required.

Our outstanding gym is kitted out with all new commercial standard equipment.

Gym Features include:

Running machines and cross-trainers, each with their own TV that you can plug your i-Pod into, charge it and watch your videos on while being cooled by the built in fans.

Concept II rowers and elite spinning bikes - each with their own computer.

Dumb-bells and barbells ranging from 1 kg to 45 kgs

Wide range of resistance machines including: Smith Machines, lat pulldown/seated row, leg curl and leg extension

Cable machines including a cable cross-over

Exercise mat area

Changing rooms

Opening Hours - yes we are open in the holidays.

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Fridays - 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Last entry on all days is 40 minutes before closing.
